At XS Impact International LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit xsimpact.com or use our booking inquiry form.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through our booking inquiry form. The booking form collects:

• Full Name
• Official Email Address
• Phone Number
• Organization/Company Name
• Event details (Location, Date, Audience Size)

The form also includes an optional newsletter checkbox. It is unticked by default and is not required to submit an inquiry. If you tick it, we record that you did, the date and time, and the exact wording you agreed to.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information from the booking form to process your inquiry and communicate with you about potential speaking engagements or consulting services. We do not sell your data.

If you separately opt in by ticking the newsletter box on our form, we also use your name and email address to send you occasional updates about new keynotes and availability. That box is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing [email protected]. We do not use your phone number for marketing of any kind.

3. Data Processing & Storage

Your inquiry data is processed through Google Workspace (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets). By submitting a form, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Google for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. This includes any newsletter opt-in you give us, which is recorded alongside your inquiry.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a period of two years from your last interaction with us to facilitate future engagement opportunities, unless you request its deletion sooner.

If you opt in to our newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only enough information to make sure we do not contact you again.

5. Your Rights
